Candidates
Logging in to the EdJobs system as a Candidate seeking employment within the Education
community will give you access to your Personal Profile and "members-only" sections of the
EdJobs Website. Registered Candidates will see a second navigation bar appear below the top,
primary navigation links that provide direct links to the Candidate's Personal Profile components
and job search.

Log Out
Once logged out, you will need to enter your Username and password on the Log In page
to regain access to the EdJobs system. |

CenterView calendar reminders for upcoming events. Full descriptions and pertinent
information for upcoming events is available by clicking on the event title.Also available is
a summary of your Personal Profile. You may edit your profile or change it entirely from this
area. |

Review and manage your Personal Profile. |

Manage Information Release
This area is conditional based on your intention to make a Personal Profile public or
confidential. Manage districts to keep your Personal Profile private from. Or, you can make
your profile public for all districts to see in search returns for employment opportunities. A
list of School Districts that have requested to view your Personal Profile is available in this
section. |

Search Page
The control center for searching for available job positions, the search page also stores
previous searches and allows you to search for districts and positions by region and other
specifications. The "refine search" features will allow you to narrow your job search to the
most appropriate matches. |

School Districts
Logging in to the EdJobs system as a District seeking qualified job candidates within the
Education community will give you access to your District Profile and "members-only" sections
of the EdJobs Website.

Control Center
View and edit your District Profile. Manage job positions currently posted for your District. View and search for job candidates to fill a job position. View edit and delete expired job positions or re-activate them to find new candidates. |

View and make modifications to your District Profile. |

Add Jobs
Post a job to be added to the EdJobs database to fill an employment position with your
District. |

Ignore List
Select candidate to add or remove from your ignore list. Candidates in your ignore list will
not be allowed to contact your District through the EdJobs system. |

The text block provides basic use instructions. More in-depth assistance for each component covered by Sidebar Help is available by clicking the Extended Help icon (?).
Extended Help
Extended help is available for many components of the EdJobs Website to facilitate your use of the system. Extended Help, where available, appears as a question mark (?) to the left of individual sections of a page. Clicking the "?" will open a pop-up Window with specific instructions and concise information for the designated area.
